Samsung HM160HC HotSwap Concerns

Hello,
The history of the drive... CLIENT CHECKED BY SWAPPING PCB, then gave me the drive with ORIGINAL PCB.
Prob: Always BUSY, doesn't come to Ready by SoftReset.
Did Hot Swap, and found First module (FSI) to FTRS_RT2 is OK (Except 008E & REF_TMR), and REST ALL THE MODULES ARE CORRUPT After FTRS_RT2.
N.B. REF_TMR can't be read even in DONOR.
