WD10TMVW-11ZSMS1 problem

February 9th, 2012, 21:10

Hello!

I have this hdd WD10TMVW-11ZSMS1 that is identified by OS as 0 bytes. I connect it using serial port to PC3K. I can access to WD application using 115200 baud rate, but not faster. I can see that all modules are fine and i can make a sector edit without error all around the hdd, but it s encrypted by sym chip. I try with WD Smartware but the hdd is not found. Someone got any clue? I think i am missing something...

Best regards,

F
