Seagate 1TB Barracuda 7200.12 not getting detect......

Hi all,
My Seagate 1TB Barracuda 7200.12
Model No- ST31000524AS
Is not getting detect.First it use to be working perfectly but when i installed win 7 and after that when i was updateing drivers(online) that time it start behaving weird..I mean it was running to slow. It Shutdown quickly but at the the time of restart it takes lot of time.And on next morning when i was starting the pc it wont booting...showing that boot eror messages,i try to install windows but it shows no drive found!
I check this HD on other machines but still same thing not detectable...It shows in BIOS but no system or software able to detect it.
And the HD spin perfectly.
I have try that SeaTools for DOS v2.23 Iso image fm cd drive-it shows "InitDisk- Error reading partition table drive 00sector0 "
and even mhdd32ver4.6 but nope


Plz help i have Data In it :(

It sounds like you have exhausted all you can do yourself with this drive. If you have data on the drive that you want, which seems to be the case, you should seek out the assistance of a data recover pro in your area.

is that the only way.. any more option there that i can try it like any recovery/repair tool under hdd guru's guidance

just last week i have given my HD to the salvationdata kit resellers..they check it with hd doctor and Data compass...But it wont able to recover any thing,i mean as by them its hard to recover from it. So i just leave it :?

this salvationData kit is not so much useful i think.

Terminal log ?
I recommend Amarbir he can fix it for reasonable price.
