I update FIRMWARE then computer can't find it any more.

I don't know the actual problem (did you update HP OEM firmware with Seagate's retail firmware?), but if you're looking for the read channel test points, then they are pins 14 and 16 of the preamp connector.

You will probably find a 100 ohm resistor between the differential pair near the MCU.
