Hitachi HTS541080G9AT00 how to unlock.

Hello. I have a big problem with my hard drive. I lock the disk in the mhdd with paswordss, but i can't unlock it at the moment. Here is a log on MHDD. Anyone can help me?

Have you tried booting into BIOS & then try removing it?

Yes. If i try booting i will mesagge that this passwords is incorrect. If i remove the disk and plug after the POST the disk is detected, but if i unlock it i have the same error fail. I remember that i set ata pasword '1', but this passwords don't work. I don't know why. In the atachment is the file LOG on MHDD when i lock the drive. I try use MDAT2. When i click earse unit it shw me that Master password Revivion Code: FFFEh - master password is not changed, but if i try earse disk i have message that aborted command. Press any key.
