serial connect - seagate momentus 5400.3

hi, i have hdd seagate momentus 5400.3 ST9160821AS lock with ata password. I try unlock it. Connect rs232-ttl usb adapter. Run putty, connect, after push sata power supply connector. Wrote this:

according to the instructions i was press ctrl + z. I should be viewable "F3 T>" but nothing response:( I could not write any char to putty. After try next hyperterminal and SeDiv. What's wrong? Thanks

Hi,

You should see F3 T> if it's a drive with F3 architecture, what is not the case, as that one is still barracuda series.
The drive seems to init fine.
What's the issue with it?

i removed pcb from hdd. When connect putty show:
