i have a 2,5'' WD1600BEVT which tested with PC3K and saw that 0002 module is not working. i want to repair it. does anyone can attach the rom files for PC3K or can i download it from a link?

if i use WD3200BEVT-11ZCT0 modules (which i have) is there any chance of fixing the problem or i will make it worse?

Have you tried to read with error skipping to check where is the bad sector location?
Also, it's bad on 2 copies?

yes, on both copies the 0002 module is "broken"!

I think mulan is saying that a copy of MOD 02 is embedded within MOD 802F at offset 0x200.
FWIW, I notice that MOD 100 has a directory that refers to a third (?) copy of MOD 02. Maybe you could search the tracks for it ...
