I want to buy a new hard drive, so I could take the PCB on my HD (contains my data), what should be matched (the location of manufacture, firmware, S / N, P / N etc) so that the replacement of PCB work and legible? please help me, thanks all

Match fw # and interface. But diode fix is the cheapest, of course given there is no other damage.

I see only one burnt component, and that's near the +5V pins of the SATA power connector.
I would first check your PSU. Your drive appears to have sustained an overvoltage on the +5V supply.
When you have sorted out your PSU, you can then remove the shorted TVS diode (use flush cutters). If there is no additional damage, then the drive will work without it, but you will no longer have overvoltage protection on the +5V input.

I don't know what you mean. Can you point out the damage in your photo?
indhay wrote:I want to replace the pcb, what should be equated, whether the type, firmware ...
Labtech has told you that you need to match the firmware (3.42).
