Hi, I have a friend's Seagate 7200.7 160GB.
The drive didn't power up, no spin.
The pcb board looks perfect, no damaged componentes.
Can be solved with a pcb swap (and rom chip swap)?

It would help if you could upload pictures of the PCB.
A new PCB + ROM should work for you

Before you do this though, search the forum for "TVS". Could be an easy fix!
