WDD Ovation WD10TPVT

Hi, i've a 1.0TB WDD Ovation ED10TPVT and it has broken down. The disk can be seen as spinning but my Win 7 cannot read the data at all. The data inside is critical to me as it contains all my archive photos and projects.

I've tried EASEUS data recovery wizard 5.51 but also in vain. Any kind soul can advice me what to do?

FYI, this is the 2nd WDD that has broken down within a year. Thanks.

Does BIOS detect its correct capacity?

What does Windows 7 tell you about the drive?

If the data is "critical", seek a professional. Please keep in mind that what you do to the drive now can cause it to become unrecoverable. DIY attempts should only be undertaken if you can live without the data or would never seek a professional to recover the data. Several people (especially our one and only) may suggest DIY solutions but keep in mind that they have nothing to lose because it’s your data.
