WD my passport 500gb request format. help me !!

I received today a WD my passport 500gb with errror. when i plugin my laptop. it request format . and auto reset and detect again.
I have done sata connection.
when i connect via sata drive to pc3000 it good read. but data is encrypted.
Does anyone have no solution.
Chip encoding: sw6316-3vb14 symwave

i thing encrypted via usb controler chip. conecting via sata is skip usb controler chip

every one have solution . Please help me
