need PCB and or asst for nov-2009 hitachi 1tb (pics in post)

this drive is pulled from a simpletech enclosure and plugged in direct to computer as secondary drive.
symptoms: intermittent viability in windows device manager and bios, but will sometimes completely lock up windows (xp) no rattling, powers and spins up, no clicking.

I read in another post that problem is sometimes only a shorted TVS diode, but i don't know how to test for that. I do have a cheap meter, and soldering iron, if someone can get me in the right direction.

If it was TVS diode then the drive would be dead.

More than likely bad sectors.
