Have a question? where I download a utility to update the firmware of a hard disk model WD400BB? Now I have the ROM file but can not get how to do the update.

The file you downloaded is not what you think it is. Sorry. Besides why update it. This is not a cell phone it is a HDD and only should do this if the factory recommands this move. Other wise you will screw up your HDD. Sorry. You can not just add anything to a HDD and think it will work and if you add another ROM that is not for this HDD then you will have more problems than you know what to do with after this one. Forget it and leave it like it is.
