192KB to 256KB ROM Conversion

I have a case WD5000AAKS (NO SPIN), With donor PCB (Rev A) Spins But with PATIENT ROM doesn't SPIN, assuming ROM Corruption.
Now after taking back ROM to donor and patient, drive doesn't spin with any PCB, ordered more 2 PCBS, 771640 (Rev P1), now no spin with any one of them it in STATUS its "PCB" instead of Ready/error/busy.

PATIENT PCB: 771640 REV. P1
1st DONOR PCB: 771640 REV. P1 (but it's not working anymore)
2nd & 3rd PCB: 771640 REV. A (STATUS is "PCB")

I'm thinking for re-write ROM from DONOR (it's 192KB), but I need the file as 256KB as converted to write by External programmer.

Do you have idea how to convert the file 192KB to 256KB?

your issue is far FaaaaaaaaR away from what you are doing here.

Have not tried this, but it has been suggested to think of a padding with 00s method.

if u r going for an hints for ROM regeneration from SA, I will consider it when I get another DONOR PCB.
If something else, you can give hint me.

Also, I wrote ROM to the 1st DONOR PCB, but after writing, SPINNING STOPPED by the donor.
That's why I am thinking for re-writing by external writer ...
