Seagate pcb

hello this is my first post in the forum and hopefully learn a lot from you.

I have some old hard drive seagate barracuda 7200.7 specifically one think that this damaged the pcb because it makes a noise something like tik tik as if the disk is trying to start but did not succeed at all, and retry

My question would be possible to repair the pcb or the software update whit RS232 to TTL cable. in order to fix the disk is useless to learn a bit since I have no great idea about seagate ata commands and power them out something useful to this cable to buy to fix my barracuda 7200.11 that was in a state of BSY

Thanks for reed and Forgive the grammar

regards
