does it worth it ?

August 29th, 2012, 0:27

hello friends ,

so the Atola Forensic Imager costs ~ 3487 $
and the DDI4 cost 3350$ + Forensic addon 1250 $ = 4600 $

i have read tons of reviews between the two and am actually thinking of DDI4 more seriously but from the point of your experience , does it really worth it the extra 1113 $ ?

thank you

Hi,

But what is you goal?
I think it depends on that.
Is your goal data recovery or forensics?

I use DDI for data recovery, but have not compared it with Atola.
I'm very happy with it, it's a really good tool.

I also work in forensics, but never used any of those tools to forensic jobs to be honest.

I have the DDI 4 with the forensic add-on and am very pleased with it.
