MEDIA ERROR - TOP URGENT

Hi All,

After almost every 4 days, I receive "media test failure, check cable" error on Lenovo w520 laptop's screen and all my data disappears along with Windows 7 on Western Digital HHD. Please advise me on how can I fix this error forever.

It sounds like your HDD is almost dead. There is no such thing called "fix" in your case as my opinion.
Proper diagnostics should be run on your drive.
I think pros will point you soon, but not <caps off>TOP URGENT</caps off>.

Have you backup your data?
So, go to Lenovo support and report the issue.
