It is invisible in bios and clicking.
It has died during the copying process.
One DR company says it has damaged head/heads and bads are in SA area and is impossible to recover.
The other one says it possible to recover.
Is it possible to recover ?
When recovery would be impossible ?

When the media is damaged so severely that one no longer wants to invest money in trying to recover it. At that point it is unrecoverable.

So hd with a few % of damaged area (SA too) and faulty head/heads should be recoverable (at least part of it) ?

Impossible (or close to impossible) if media is damaged.
There is many homegrown DR companies who's life depends on 5 minutes fix. If fix doesn't work they will say 'impossible'. Other will charge extraordinary fees, as they will outsource a job, and you pay extra costs. If doubt, take look at

Few bads in SA shouldn't be a difficult job. Just get to the right people.

Sometimes you diagnose and find SA problems and you Quote your client based on that and he Agree, later on you discover BADS everywhere or very very weak heads reading which wastes your time on it so
IT IS NOT ALWAYS AS IT SEEMS. and
NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS.
you might diagnose and see something in Stage1 which needed to be done and later on you step to STAGE2
more or less, PS3 Game issue till either you WIN or GET STUCK somewhere where you either DON`T KNOW HOW TO CONTINUE, or RETURN IT BACK TO CLIENT.

I need opinion of experts. Now I just wanna be sure, that hd in this condition could be recoverable.
Some DR companies charge for diagnosis and then they say it's impossible to recovery.

We cannot give you opinions here unless each one of us test by him self
and sure will have many comments from each one might be the same or MAY NOT
all depends, needs proper tools to test + knowledge

I'll rephrase the problem.

Final answer: it is possible that it would be unrecoverable if certain SA info is damaged in a particular way. This SA info is unique to the drive, therefore not replaceable. As result, not recoverable. Heads are replaceable, so this is not a problem.
Nobody can provide a percentage that would be meaningful to you in such way that you could make a solid realistic decision about how to continue pursuing this recovery, unless the somebody tests the drive themselves.
With that in mind, the somebodies you sent your drive to already may have the experience to handle this job or not. We from the forum do not know who they are. So, the idea is you want somebody who has the experience to evaluate your drive. Who exactly? Look at suggestions forum gives you or search reputable companies that specialize in the data recovery only.

I ask for the numbers (%), because don't want to pay 100EU (130$) for diagnosis and get information it's unrecoverable.

Not all Co take a diagnostic fee...and some Co takes only the fee when they say it's recoverable, but the clients denied recovery because of lack of money or so.

Problem is, you already gave the drive to the wrong people, probably being caught by free quote adverts. So consider yourself lucky if information on the disk is still recoverable.

Usually there's a problem if HDD was opened (other DR company), the next one wants to charge extra money for rediagnosing.

some how you are right BUT
i always imagine the days when for example one client came with 10 hdd`s which he wanted to recover
i spent a lot of time diagnosing and checking each one of them and @ the end Quoted him
and guess what he said DON`T WANT IT... changed his mind,
i got to know that he was ONLY CHECKING MY CAPABILITY here of getting the data back
for this specific reason, i wasted MY TIME (=$$$$ for other cases waiting) and he got to know that YES it is possible
i really Agree on Diagnosing Charges as a Client + as a Technical guy.
