ADATA Superior SH93 error

September 30th, 2012, 16:26

Hi everybody,
I am new in here, and I really need some help.

I have ADATA Superior SH93 750 Gb External hard disk drive. I was just checking my photos from there and it turned off.
I understand that formatting it would fix the hdd. But is more important to get all the data from this device.

On my windows 7 home folder ( my computer) hdd is shown , but when you try to open it it shows a message that I have to format it before I can use it. shown in "Image 1".

If I try to open it from my computer it shows another message as shown in "Image 2".

I add Image 3 , there is shown properties of that hdd.

I would really apreciate all the help to solve this problem.

No, a format likely won't fix this drive. If that data on the drive is of any value, you may want to get it diagnosed by a data recovery pro in your area before it gets worse.

You can lookup pcimage on this forum. He is in the UK.
