HDD is not recognized, no motor noise (almost dead)
Whit another PCB (wd1600js) but whit anoher model , hdd is power up, but is not recognized correctly. I desolder

Ok, so that's good, but have to make sure the PCBs are compatible. Check the codes.

I desolder 25P10VP chip from second PCB. Whit new chip , HDD turn on , but is not recognized correctly . I think if I have good firmware for wd1600js 22mhb0 is possible to solve problem

No, that's not how it works. The 25P... chip from the bad PCB should be soldered to the second PCB, again as long as their compatible.

I desolder just for test. PCB1=PCB2 , but software from 25P10VP from PCB1 <> software from PCB2.

In first post I say : "Please , I need firmware for wd1600js 22mhb0". So , I`m searching for this firmware
