need some Data recover

Hi,
Here I am with a problem.I have done some project with auto desk software that is very important for my work.Can you provide me some information that by using which data recover software I can get back my deleted data.

Are you accepting the risks involved with DIY?

If so:

You can try FTKImager http://accessdata.com/support/product-downloads . Add drive, expand root & then look at the location the file was & see if its listed with a red cross?

What OS are you using? If Win7 Ultimate then you could try previous versions.
If other versions on Win7 then try Shadow Explorer http://www.shadowexplorer.com/

Both the above options are free, others you can try are http://www.r-undelete.com/ demo if it thats finds your files then you would need to purchase the software to be able to save the files.
