When you say "does not seek" do you mean that the drive spins up ok but you cannot hear the heads come off the ramp?

nope. it doesn't spin up, heads dont come up... Status comes to READY in doctor, tested pcb with donor, it's fine. NVRAM fixing is required. do u have donor?
