Some connection problem maybe, try to clean up pcb connections and contacts. Or your power cable might be loose. Or ...

For '333AS' models the constant recalbrating could be a symptom of a BSY error .

Sorry for late response
pcimage,
No unusual clicking noise, it just spins up and down constantly.
hddguy,
Already cleaned, but no change, it's doing the same.
Just was thinking, is it possible the problem is that the swaped PCB was from a refubrished drive ( official refubrished by seagate) ?

hddguy,
Yes but I cant even repair this error in terminal because it dosnt spin up completely.

Some sort of firmware issue.
Easily fixable by a pro with the right tools and knowledge, but by the same token easily brickable by DIY attempts and "Internet on size fits all fixes"

Any suggestion?

I suggest you send it to a data recovery pro.
If you move the ROM back, does your donor drive still work?
November 27th, 2012, 13:03
The rom proceds from faulty head hard drive so i dont know 100% if it work or not. Also donor drive is a refubrished drive, oficial refubrished by Seagate.
