I check my harddisk with HDDscan , and my hard disk get Yellow Icon of Reallocated sector count and reallocated even count
what the effect of my harddisk ? is my harddisk get bad sector ? How Many % The Health Of my Harddisk ?
please answer my question , i have the screenshot on attachment file

Yes, some have become unreadable in the past, and have been reallocated. Just one snapshot of the SMART data does not show how things have developed over time.

No-one can give an accurate figure, nor predict the future. I will just say that I would not trust that disk - disks with reallocated sectors tend to be at increased risk of further deterioration, sometimes with little (or no) further warning.

Have you got a backup of the data on that disk? If not, then hopefully your disk will continue working (mostly) correctly for a while and you can get a backup. IMHO that should be your priority.
