Tool To Handle Bad/Uncorrectable Sectors

November 29th, 2012, 13:28

Hi Friends im New To This Refurbishing Hard Drive

I just Bought DFL-WDII But My Problem Was Handling Bad Sectors, Because the Tool Takes too long to fix Bad Sectors

and another Problem it Even it was Added to the P-List then do a surface Scan some of the Bad Sector is still present, they said it was an Un-correctable Sectors

They said i need to do a cut zone, but that Degrades the Capacity in Great Numbers

I'm looking for a Tool that Can Perform this Task Effectively and Fast, Can correct this Un-correctable Sectors with Minimal Lost in Capacity

Thank you and God Bless

Rome wasn't built in a day...

Everything depends on WHAT damage the drive has sustained.
Moreover, if a zone IS damaged there is no alternative to deactivating it.
