Hello, Im very new here
My Case:
IM an it guy my users are students.
on 3 of my dell optiplex 360 someone bypass the bios password and put a password on the sys HDD (the only HDD in the system)
i can not reset the HDD pasword on eny machine i conect it.
the HDD type: WD Caviar 1600aajs blue firmware A0
I did try to have may way with this sulotion but i cant figer out all the steps on this sit:
