54000rpm with 8mb buffering
When copying files that are big as 6.5gb, the hdd starts off as 7mb writing speed average, but soon goes down to 379kb!
Its FAT32, i want to keep it as fat32 because i use it with my ps3 and ps3 doesnt recognise any other hdd formats other than fat32.
How can i stop the speed going lower when copying?
Also on my laptop (pentium) it takes at least 30seconds-1minute to load up my hard drive so i can see it on computer.
But on my desktop(intel vpro 2) it takes 4 seconds to load up.
How can i make it load up faster on my laptop?
PLEASE HELP!
