What makes you think ROM is corrupt?
Are there any errors reported in terminal?

I was told it's because of the ROM. I sent the disk with similar to data recovery company (originaly it wouldn't start at all). After investigation they said it's ROM (after copying ROM from donor to corrupted PCB it worked fine with the donor). However the donor's ROM differs from original so it still doesn't work. That's why I'm asking about ROM image.

Could possibly be similar issue to the 1Tb (HM100UI I believe) versions made about the same date, where the ROM itself appears to be poor quality and degrades.
We have figured a workaround for this particular issue, although it might not be applicable in your case but there's a fair chance.
Looking for a particular ROM version for these drives is like looking for a needle in a haystack in any case. Except in your case you don't know which haystack it might be in, and it might not necessarily be a needle you're looking for!

So what would be the solution?

Send to a pro. And pay. Or scour the internet and try - eventually loosing data. Period.

Will take outsource work on this case if you care to send it in.
