Hitachi HTS545050B9A300 BAD SECTORS

Hello, i've this 2,5" hdd Hitachi HTS545050B9A300 with a lot of bad sectors at the beginning, look the Mediatools log:

I need to know if this is due to a problem with bad sectors or it may be something else wrong, such as heads or firmware
As you can see by doing a simple subtraction, bad sectors are repeated every 1861 good, this will suggest something to you gurus?

The drive was inside a notebook which has fallen from the desk.

Bad head/platter.
Drive can read with some heads but not with the others.
If you need the data on the drive, you will have to send it to a pro for the drive to be clonned with ddi (with bad head off) and then head stack replacement must be done and finaly the rest of the drive must be cloned too.

I do not need a pro anymore, i was able to get all the important data with winhex (folder pics and desktop), i was lucky that the drive was still detected in windows, even asked me to format it.
I copied the folder i needed, but now i have to check the integrity of data (i'm opening all the pics one by one), until now are all ok.
