1tb wd hdd showing 32mb

Hi HDD Gurus, I am new to HDD topic so pardon me for any mistakes.
I have a wd 1tb hard disk . In my computer it is showing 32mb and in bios it is showing 0mb. My hard disk is still in warranty but I want my data badly.
Could u please tell what is the root problem is it the pcb is not working or fw got wrong??

But head is all right coz no noise is coming form the disk......drive is working normal. Now how to debug fw....please tell...

Try NHPA in MHDD. What's the model of your mother board ?

Is the drive fully detected (model) in BIOS ?

Try to boot using MHDD iso CD then detect the drive in MHDD and post the results.

Yes I tried the drive on other computer but the problem still exist.But I am having difficulties in running mhdd any word of advice for an amature

i have burned the image to bootable usb but its shows error message "no os found" when entering the boot menu.....any other way to run mhdd

Spildit, is there any other way to repair (apart from pc3k) coz i am having problem in running mhdd....but the search is going on regarding mhdd

when booting from usb bootmgr missing error comes.....any suggestions...

If you just copied the .iso file to cd (which is implied here, mhdd-stting-t25404.html), then that is why you have problem. Google how to create bootable cd, then try again.
