IMHO, if it doesn't get ready at all (even after several minutes), highly probable it has head0 defect.

after 2-3 min it gets detected in bios while it makes sound and get detected as 8.3 gb disk.(makes sound contineusly).

possible HDD may defect a defect-list or SMART module of firmware
If you can, rewrite this moduls.

as far as i know the chinese pc3k suc***ks...
the problem is that this clones are only partially crack**ed
what i say is if you steal something do it good or dont steal at all
the only pc3k original is the russian and better with russian
soft.... well it might be worth learning russian for DR
