Ok i scanned with MHDD, sometimes it hangs and i have to reboot the computer to continue the sector scan.
Mhdd SMART shoes more then 3000 reallocated sectors and about 500 pending sectors.

I began to clone it on another drive, but about every 1.000.000 copied sectors it hangs (if i reboot i'm able to clone from last copied sector), this means that sectors found until now are not bad.
Until now i cloned successfully about 90.000.000 LBAs.
I think this issue is due to a filled G-list, how can i solve this problem so i don't need to reboot every minute?

Should i reset smart with N1 or reset g-list with i4,1,22 command?
Or both?

No leave the g list alone. Also those commands are for a different drive family!
Have you disabled smart? If not it would be a good idea.

I'm using Mediatools to clone it.
Yes i've disabled smart from bios option.

I tried also to clone in reverse mode, but after few minutes it hangs also.
I'm thinking if this hanging shit is due to sector reallocation, disabling smart from bios doesn't help to turn off reallocation.
What can i do? Some other program may help?

I meant to disable smart in Mhdd or Victoria.
So disable smart then power off. Power on and check smart remains disabled.
By default Media tools will try to read bad sectors 32x so you have to set it to read only 1x. You can read about it in the manual.

The drive is hanging because it is unstable. Media tools might not be the best software cloning tool to use. To do this properly you would need hardware tools.
