How is it Possible to read ATA/ATAPI Standards '?

Hello Forumers,

I have seen some advices about reading the ATA/ATAPI Standards for better understanding of HDDS. How in the h..l is it possible to read that jargon ? I tried, but it just drove me cr..y ! Could some please provide a more understandable form of that Infozilla ? :?
