Hi, had no responses.. anyone be kind enough?

March 26th, 2013, 15:44

Hi all,

I posted the below request on the 8.3.13, but disappointingly no one has come forward with a response..

So I thought I might try again?

Maybe it's a fruitless cause, but hey ho, I'll give it another go..

If anyone has a minute and the kindness to help..

Just wondered if anyone could post some Crystal Mark data on a Seagate 500gig sata 600 drive.

Was interested to see a comparison to the data I got...

CrystalDiskMark 3.0.2 x64 (C) 2007-2013 hiyohiyo

If for any reason this seems a stupid request or I am being an unintentional idiot I would welcome the feedback.

Cheers. :) :) :)

For a start, you didn't post a model number.

In any case it would probably be easier to find your information with Google.

Seagate also publishes product manuals which tell you the maximum sustained data transfer rate. That should be in line with your sequential read/write results.

The model number is ST3500413AS.

It was more a friendly request, looking for a friendly response..

Is it me, or am I still waiting.. :) :)

I can't help you except to say that when I'm looking for comparative benchmark results I use the following Google Image search:
