Drive is not detected by system. No visible damaged on PCB.
Is it worth to try replace PCB from WD5000AAVS with same PCB number.
Any advice.
Are there some measurement points to check
Thank you

Does your drive spin up?
If you install the PM2 (Power Up In Standby) jumper, does the drive appear in BIOS, albeit with a blank model number?
A straight board swap won't work. You need to transfer the "ROM" contents. Unfortunately the ROM is embedded within the Marvell MCU. BTW your MCU is one of those which is commonly affected by a "head mimic" fault.
I can help you with voltage test points if necessary.

Dear Spildit,
thank you for your your suggestions.
I try to isolate conector mentioned, but drive doesen't spin.
I also try to connect only PCB with connected jumpers, to operate in safe mode, and PCB was not detected.
Thank you for all your help

Dear Friend Jerovsek
I Have One Adviced For You That Possible To Cross Check Always Conform Both Side First PCB And 2nd Head Stack Preamp So We Can Try First PCB if you Have Any Same PCB Indentical PCB Number That Working Ok Then Put The Pcb And Check Motor Spinup And Head Move Or Not.If Any Clicking Sound Dont Worry Bcoz Of Rom Microcode Not Matching.
Try It And Tell Me What Happend Then I Give Next Advice.
For Your Next Work What To Do.
Yours Friend

just for the record...from my researches on a 128k wd rom..the PM2 it's disabled from factory. If I enable it using vsc, on start the drive doesn't ident with ata ident command. it fills only3-4 bytes from the 512 bytes structure. one bit from those bytes signals that the drive its in PUIS mode...and didn't filled the whole struct..so no name no nothing.
in this mode..it doesn't respond even to VSC.

Dera Louis,
thank you for your info.
Dear Jignesh.
thank for your suggestions. Currently I have about ten WD5000AA drives, but none of CS. I will wait until I get some, and then try with your suggestions.
Best regards
Jure

Here are the voltage test points AFAICT.
I expect that Vcore should be +1.2V or so, and Vneg should be -5V. The latter may or may not be present, depending on whether the motor controller has switched it on or off.
