MOMENTUS 5400.6 PCB DEAD OR LOCKED?

Model : ST9500325AS
F/W :0002BSM1
CAPACITY : 500 GB

pcb doesn't response, dead condition.
circuit brake or locked?

please help me.

Ok, if you plug the drive to the power (PSU) does the PSU shuts the entire system down ?

If you place paper/plastic card insulating the contacts to the Head Assembly, (but leave the spindle ones) does the drive spins ?

Do you have tll adaptor ? Can you post a terminal log with PCB on and power up the drive ?

Does it spins ? Does it clicks ?
