Dear Experts,
Anyone of you saw those 2 of Seagate, 1TB & 2TB
Problem:
when you partition both into 1/2 capacity, and almost FILL both of them with Data (till almost 97%) of total capacity
in both partitions, all the sudden, one day, the 2nd. partition will DISAPPEAR
and you will have 1/2 Capacity only, which is the 1st. partition only.
so far on the last 6 months, and based on the comments from my clients, i wrote those notes
about each case, and i came across a match in 9 cases so far. (total 1 & 2 TB)
the problem is SOLVED, no issues, but wondering if anyone got the same?
thank you

Interesting sugestion i'll try it with some ST 1, 2 TB.
But i think is normal because the common fail in this drives is ocasionated by bad managing about bac secs translator and smat. When more data in HDD more bab secs, smart info and so on. In cosecuence more failure probabilityes.

in fact no relation (i`ve checked those FW with their online tool)
but as far as i MIGHT got to know, this might be a factory defect, but really Series Problem if you have some data on it.
