Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hello,
I have two Sata HDD (Both of them are Samsung). The '1.' is the Primary with 8 pins with no jumper: A1 partition is the Operating System (Win7 Ultimate) and the A2 partition is the storage.
The second one is a camara system HDD (nothing special, 4 pins with no jumper)
I need so save the records from Camera HDD to the Storage.
The Bios and the operating system seen them normaly, but if I check the 'My Computer' of the Total Commander, the Camera HDD is a BD-Rom, and I cannot do anything with that.
I tried to modify settings in the Bios (Raid, etc.) but nothing happened.
Thank you so much for the usable answers, and sorry for my bad english!

If so the problem might be with or OS. If not (and that is most likely) i would try a demo version of Restorer Ultimate or R-Studio or something like that and see if the software can see your data.
If so you have some file system issue and data need to be recovered to OTHER DRIVE, using the full version of the mentioned software.
Thanks a lot. The Restorer Ultimate is working, but the Camera HDD is 1TB and it is take so long time to save the whole HDD. I am started the scan about 12 hours ago and it standing at 31%. So I need an another way to manage the HDD like Total Commander.
