I have here a ST 7200.10 Bricked Drive.

I think ROM BRIKED.

Tha HDD do not start, and see Picture to PC3k status.

Any way to upload FW to ROM?

Doesn't it spin at all ?
Try to insulate the contacts to the head stack and see if it spins.
Anything on terminal ?
This will exclude a shorted pre-amp.
Does the pcb have a ROM chip ? Do you have external eeprom programmer ?

Dear Friend HHDDREC Dont Worry About This Drive Just Find The Matching Donor And Direct PCB Swap Is Possible In 7200.10 If Problem In ROM Or PCB Your Case Is Solved This Way.If Any Of Same PCB You Have Then Try First The Eprom Swap And Check It If Drive Not Responding In Terminal That Mean Your Rom Is Gone Find The Matching Donor And Swap PCB Directly.

Yes i know, but i prefer test ROM and if necesary reprogram ROM.

Brother Some Time Reprogram Rom Not Work If Rom Allready Currepted.
2nd Thing If You Have Much Work Then Dont West Time Be A Proffesional.
Never West Your Time In Knoledge Allready You Have.
I Only Focus Solve More Case Per Day If We Know Easy And Time Saving Solution Then Why We Make Our Way Long.
When You Have Much Work This Thing Is Helpfull Very Much
