Sticker number: 2061-701640-XXX
PCB number: 2060-701640-XXX
Search for 2060-701640-XXX
P.S.
You miss a piece of code where there are the XXX
PCB also can be fixed usually, if you are good with electronics (of course only if the damage isn't serious).

Not all 640 PCBs are the same . . . some have embedded ROMs; others have external ROMs. You cannot substitute one for the other.
