PCB problem

please advise me how i repair this dead pcb

Get a donor and move ROM at bottom right of photo?

Check the fuse and the TVS diode.

If they are OK, then measure the Vcore and Vio voltages.

If you need to replace the PCB, then the flash IC is identified in the attachment.
