Unclosed dvd disk

Hi all,

I have had recently from different clients two unclosed (or unfinished, not sure about the term) dvd disks. They consist data but the data is not readable because the burning process has not finished as it should.

Any hints how to proceed?

If disks from Sony camera , CD-roller won't help .
