i have seagate 7200.11 160 gb this drive was busy state i was try to terminal mode in F3t> i am using command u, z,n1,or mo,2, and other after i replug the drive was click i think i was some mistake of under using terminal mode any one him how to fix of this clicking ??

How would it be possible to understand what happened if you don't even remember what you did?
The commands you posted would unlikely make the drive click, so the main question is why you decided to try those commands. Were you attempting to fix a drive that had some kind of a problem?
Maybe you diagnosis of the problem was wrong? That might explain clicking

Some commands ARE ACTUALLY DESTRUCTIVE but now who can tell? I hope it was not a data recovery case
