HIya there
I have a Fujitsu 2.5 hard drive model number MHZ2250BH G1 that was locked through a Toshiba Satallite laptop through the BIOS.
Data is not important as a backup of the important stuff was made to usb.
Any way to remove this password so I can have a working drive again?
Security is on and set to high. Timeout was ~250 mins.
Any advice (even throw it in the bin) appreciated.

What tools do you have to work with? I know the answer it is none. The only way is to take it to a person who has the proper tools and can do this one for you if you show him it is your drive. Proof is what is needed in DR companies to unlock this drive.
