Disk cloning

dear friend & seniors
How how do i solve this problem
i have a 500GB sata hard disk seagate..which is lots of bad sector...
i want 1 partition for this hard disk which is very important...and i want to clone this 1 partition to another ok running hard disk..

please give me a name of best Disk cloning software

Try GNU ddrescue. http://www.gnu.org/software/ddrescue/ddrescue.html

DMDE or Prosoft MediaTools Pro.
Or get some expencive professional hardware tool as DE for PC3000 or DDI (DeepSpar Disk Imager).

The best - ddrescue.
Then hdclone and dmde.
