Hi all gurus;
I have here for this drive:
HITACHI
HTS727550A9E364
500 GB 2,5" SATA 3.0
MLC: DA4217
PN: H2T5001672S 0J18811
APR-12
PCB STICKER: 0J14319 DA4730_ Pzy213 0RWM
I want to read drive FW with PC3K for get a copy off FW.
i can read secs (not using PC3K), Drive works fine, and in if i atach to PC3K it cames ready.
but PC3K do not recognize this model, and i can not start utility.
Any way to get FW in this case?

Which pc3k do you have?
UDMA or PCI?
I don't think that the PCI version supports this drive, UDMA surely!

I explain de situation
I have a patient drive, i suppose bad heads, or bad FW.
I get a donnor drive, i wnat to make fw saving before start testing.
them Heads exchange. but PC3k do not recongnize bad drive, and not recognize donnor drive (this donnor drive works fine)

With that menu you don't have UDMA..only Pc3000....then you can forget to work with ARM drives.
Is it a nice Chinese version perhaps

Most possibly this is an outdated UDMA version. When did you update it last? If more than a year ago, then you have old version and you need to update it.

5.2.6 is that latest as I know...go to your updatebox and upgrade.
