Western Digital 1 tb HDD problem

Hi everyone

my hard disk model WD10EARX 1.0TB (Caviar Green) fall from its bay to ground while pc was running. motor is not running no detection is bios, it says 'Error master hard disk.' important data is on it. no voltage on motor terminals when i check with multimeter. please help...

yes, i have check the drive with computer supply, i think heads are moving because i can feel some jerk in both direction while holding it in hand, but spindle is not moving.
with power on condition, i check voltage using multimeter on motor terminal, no voltage on all 4 contacts. it must show some volts on that contacts when drive is power on .
height of falling is not much only cabinet height, because my cabinet was on the floor. but when it droped both sata & power cables were out from its connecters.

please suggest some diagnostics i can try myself
