Recovering from drives with media damage - Final version

I've uploaded a final version of the document that was presented earlier.

I'd like to thank everyone who provided input and advice.

Although we retain the rights to the document, anyone is free to distribute it as they wish.

Similar vein to HaQue, a welcome addition to material we can point to in support of the "no, a new PCB / freezer / whatever, simply won't do. It is actually dead: *this is why* " situations.
