WD My Passport 1 TB

Hi I just dropped my WD My Passport 1TB hard drive to floor while it's working and now it's not working. When I plug in the usb cable the hard drive clicks periodically every 5 seconds. The drive doesn't show up in Computer and I don't know if it shows up in BIOS. I have some personal info in it and I'd like a way to recover it. Do you think the drive is recoverable? If yes what should my next step be?

It may be recoverable. All depends on the physical damage extent.

If yes what should my next step be?

No longer connect it so that it is no longer powered on. The more it is powered on, then more reducing chances of recovery.
As suggested before, to maximize chances of recovery, a data recovery specialist in the best course of action. Why? Well, the architecture of the device is complex in nature requiring advanced skills in properly evaluating the failure(s) and thereafter implementing the correct procedure toward recovering the data.

If the drive doesn't spin, then it could be a stiction fault (heads stuck to platters), with possible head/media damage. If it spins and clicks, then it has most probably sustained head and/or media damage.
