I have a second sata hdd that I have partitioned, scanned, wiped, and ran disk test utilities on. There is no data to speak of. The drive had some bad sectors and I was able to remap them using various utilities. Now I am trying to verify the hdd and it tells me the disk is 'locked' and in use'. I cannot find out what application is supposedly using it or how to unlock it. I have never seen this before.
